O Centro de Juventude de Lisboa (CJL), do Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude (IPDJ), vai organizar a ação de formação «A Estratégia Europeia de Formação e o Modelo de Competências dos Técnicos de Juventude», com o apoio da SALTO - TRAINING & COOPERATION, nos dias 20 e 21 de julho de 2023.

Esta formação será facilitada, em inglês, pelo formador Laimonas Ragauskas da YOCOMO Coordination team.
﻿
Com uma abordagem pedagógica baseada em princípios de educação não formal, privilegiando o trabalho colaborativo e a aprendizagem experiencial, a formação terá os seguintes objetivos:
﻿
- Apresentar a Estratégia Europeia de Formação e o Modelo de Competências dos Técnicos de Juventude;
- Introduzir oportunidades para Técnicos de Juventude no processo YOCOMO (YOuth Workers COmpetence MOdel);
- Aumentar a compreensão de como o Modelo de Competências pode ser útil no desenvolvimento profissional dos Técnicos de Juventude e das organizações de juventude.

Destinatários
Técnicos de Juventude (profissionais e/ou voluntários). Os participantes deverão ter disponibilidade para realizar uma tarefa de preparação da formação (1 a 2 horas) e ter domínio da língua inglesa. 
﻿
Certificação
- Formar + | Medida 1 - Técnicos de Juventude e Profissionais da Área da Juventude (Programa Formar + , regulamentado pela Portaria nº 382/2017, de 20 de dezembro);
- Open Badges - Lisbon City of Learning.

Questões logísticas
A formação será gratuita e irá decorrer no CJL (*), no dia 20, entre as 10h e as 17h30, e no dia 21, entre as 10h e as 13h. 
O almoço será disponibilizado pela organização.

This badge confirms that I took part in the residential 10 hours long training seminar about the European Training Strategy, and I explored the systemic nature of the Competence model for youth workers. I explored specific competence areas and ways to develop this competence in Portugal. I became aware of how the potential of the ETS competence model for youth workers can be utilised in the Portuguese youth work system.

This badge is part of the badge portfolio on learning about the ETS Competence model. The activity was organised by the Centro de Juventude de Lisboa | Lisbon Youth Centre in cooperation with the SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre.
