This is the staff training for people involved in implementation of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training is to develop capacity of partners to use digital Open Badges and platform for Cities of Learning.
If new staff member will join and they missed the previous training on Open Badges, check the Presentation from the previous training just below.
As a results of this staff training participants will be able to use badges for validation and recognition of learning and skills of young people.
Activity programme:10.00-10.15 Welcome, focus of this training, intro to people10.15-10.30 Our team showcasing and explaining an example of activities, playlist and badges on the platform10.30-10.45 Q&A from your team10.45-11.15 Your team discussion (in your language) on how you will carry out the Lab activities, including assessment of skills11.15-11.30 Break time11.30-11:45 Your team explaining how you will implement Lab activities, including assessment of skills11.45-12.15 Our team showcasing and explaining all the steps of using the platform to manage and issue badges12.15-12.45 Q&A from your team12.45-13.00 Both teams discussing and agreeing on the next steps.
The expert team of Lithuanian associatian of non-formal education will deliver this staff training.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.

Earners of this badge participated in the staff training for people involved in implementation of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training is to develop capacity of partners to use digital Open Badges and platform for Cities of Learning. As a results of this staff training participants will be able to use badges for validation and recognition of learning and skills of young people.
During the staff training participants could learn about:
  • examples of activities, playlist and badges on the platform for Lisbon City of Learning
  • teamwork activities on how the Job Lab and Entrepreneurship Lab activities will be carreid out, including assessment of skills
  • showcasing and explaining all the steps of using the platform to manage and issue badges
The expert team of Lithuanian associatian of non-formal education delivered this staff training.
