You will learn the following:
The importance of verbal and non-verbal communication in professional communication
Moment and ways how stress can be helpful
Techniques of coping with “negative” stress
Exercises and techniques to bring increase verbal and non-verbal communication competence
You will practice and analyse elevator pitch. You will also explore the types of stress – positive vs. negative and you will try out relaxation techniques to cope with stress.
