Understanding: from impact diagnosis, ESG/impact management system to materiality matrix (2 hours)
Directing: main strategic driving tools (2 hours)
Exercise - developing strategic drivers and objectives (2 hours)
Measuring and monitoring results (2 hours)
Reporting, sharing, verifying - tools and legislation in the European and Portuguese context (2 hours)
Exercise - developing the action plan (2 hours)
