The objective of this visit is to exchange 21st century skills frameworks and assessment systems used in participating countries with a special focus on practices in Portugal and Lisbon.
The objective of this activity is to gain an understanding of the various pillars and services provided by ANQEP, the National Agency for Qualification and Vocational Education and Training in Portugal. ANQEP is responsible for promoting and developing lifelong learning, with a focus on vocational education and training.
During this visit, we will have the opportunity to learn about ANQEP's initiatives in the areas of qualification, validation, and recognition of competencies acquired throughout life, as well as their support programs for training and professional integration.
We will also explore ANQEP's role in the development and implementation of national strategies for the promotion of digital skills and entrepreneurship. Through interactive discussions and presentations, we will exchange knowledge and best practices on how to effectively support citizens and organizations in developing the skills necessary to thrive in the 21st century society.
At the end of this activity, participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of ANQEP's mission, initiatives, and services, and will have acquired insights into the challenges and best practices in promoting and developing lifelong learning and 21st-century skills in Portugal. The exchange of ideas and experiences will enable participants to adapt and improve their own training programs and strategies.
The holder of the badge will have worked either on their own or in a small group to reflect on the questions:
how the visit has gone;
what has been learned;
how to use this in your work;
how else to use it (think about e.g. benefit for society).
The questions are designed to optimise generative learning: they are not just about what the participant has learnt but also how they can use the learning in their work and personal life.
This badge has been issued by a facilitator of the study visit.
